Unlock your extension, make sure it is enabled in this browser, and reload the page. If you recently installed it, a reload is needed for the provider to become available. On a phone, use the wallet’s built-in browser.
The current flow supports detected Phantom and Solflare providers. It does not offer a general WalletConnect pairing code.
I cancelled the signature#
No reservation payment has been taken. Open the wallet selector again when you are ready. If the connection succeeded but the signature did not, sign-in is incomplete.
The sign-in message expired#
Start the connection flow again to request a fresh message. Challenges expire after five minutes and cannot be reused after verification. Do not try to paste an old signature into the page.
The name was available, then failed#
Someone else may have claimed it between the availability check and your final submission. Choose another name. If the error says your wallet already has a username, refresh or reconnect with the same wallet to retrieve it.
The result of my reservation is unclear#
If your connection dropped after submission, refresh and sign in with the same wallet. A successful server-side reservation will be displayed even if you did not see the original confirmation. Avoid releasing anything until you have checked which name is saved.
Too many requests#
The service limits repeated requests to reduce abuse. Stop retrying and return later; limits reset over time. People sharing a network can share a limit. Support cannot resolve this by asking for wallet secrets.
Contact support#
Email [email protected] with the browser, device, approximate time, username and exact error message. Your public wallet address can help locate a reservation, but never send a seed phrase, private key or session cookie.
